I’m Lauren, a crystal healer devoted to earth-based spirituality and the old ways.

My path weaves through ancestral wisdom, nature reverence, and shamanic traditions.

My journey is deeply rooted in a lifelong connection to the natural world,

the unseen realms and spirit guides of the Earth support and inspire my work.

I live in the wilds of Tasmania, Australia, with my partner and our two sons.

From an early age, I’ve been in tune with nature's mystical forces, having visions,

encounters with spirits, and awareness of the energies flowing through the land.

This connection continues to shape my life. ​

My path has included many years of training with The Order of Bards, Ovates & Druids, Munay Ki rites, animism, Reiki, crystal healing, western herbal medicine

and ancestral traditions.

These teachings deepen my connection to the natural world,

holding space for transformation, and guiding others with heart and integrity.

In the kitchen, I craft with intention,

cooking becoming another thread in the tapestry of slow, sacred living.

I approach it with reverence and intention, just as I work with crystals, spirit, and the land.

It all flows from the same source, a devotion to living in harmony with the Earth.
